Other car companies sell big cars. Volkswagen needed to sell small cars. Appealing to the uniqueness in each person, it brings out the rebel in you. Don’t you like to squeeze into a small parking lot? Don’t you like to zig zag around the big cars and beat the traffic jam? Basically, turning an disadvantage into a merit.
When you can shift people’s perspective and re-frame their mind to successfully turn a weakness into a strength, a problem into an advantage, you can count yourself a great marketer. Think out of the box. Better still, do not confine yourself within a box in the first place.
